Chris Korman has worked as a writer, editor, podcast host and, yes, agate clerk (his first newsroom job, in 1999). Most recently, he built The Baltimore Banner's award-winning sports section.
He has worked for local, regional and national publications. He's covered college athletics, the NFL, horse racing and the business of sports. He's written about gay rugby, 2nd Amendment warriors and the men who kneel or don't kneel prior to games they play.
He studied at Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism, graduating with honors, and worked at The Daily Collegian while attending Penn State.
Chris lives north of Baltimore with his wife and three children.
